VEREX Technology becomes Guardall
VEREX Technology based in Mississauga, Canada and Guardall Ltd. based in Edinburgh, Scotland have announced the operational merger of the two companies into a single organization. The new company, operating under the name of Guardall will maintain their main office locations in Scotland and Canada along with their sales offices located throughout the North American and European regions. By combining sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain and customer service functions, the new business will be better aligned and organized to support the combined, global customer base, providing faster response and better products than was previously possible.
Consolidation of the two businesses has already begun and will be complete by June 2009. VEREX Technology’s new name Guardall will be introduced to the North American market on September 15th at the ASIS Trade Show in Atlanta, Georgia - booth number 2635. At the same time we will work to consolidate all current websites into one and expect to complete this before the end of the year.

Please be assured that our priority is to make the transition as smooth as possible for you. There will be no disruption to the way that you currently do business with us and we will continue to provide our industry leading products, MONITOR xL, VeDVR, NetVision, SiteWatch and G-ProxII while at the same time introduce products from our sister companies’ portfolio.
